Haley Kubik is a communications professional who is passionate about telling stories that spark conversation and drive meaningful change.

Prior to joining EMC, Haley worked for the California State Assembly as a Field Representative for an Assemblymember who advocates for LGBTQIA+ rights, women’s reproductive health, and mitigating the effects of climate change in her coastal district. Haley realized her love of strategic communications during her internship with Bryson Gillette, an intentionally diverse political and public affairs firm. It was here that she helped manage communications for clients such as the Facebook Whistleblower, progressive political candidates, and nonprofits of all kinds. 

Intent on using the power of storytelling to drive change, Haley is eager to use her experience to help clients advance their goals. Outside of work, Haley enjoys yoga, cooking, and beach days in sunny San Diego.
